Remote sessions are 60 to 90 minutes long.

- Skype name (Skype sessions only)
- the prearranged date and time of your session.
*Note: SKYPE is a free software that allows users to make free calls and video conferencing over the internet. If you have a computer with internet connection and a headset, then you can start downloading the program and using it right away. Get it from here: www.skype.com
